What is an "Adda"?「আড্ডা（アッダ）」とは？

In Bangladesh, an adda is a warm, unhurried gathering of friends — tea in hand, stories flowing, everyone welcome at the table. That's the feeling we brought with us to Beppu. バングラデシュで「আড্ডা（アッダ）」とは、お茶を片手に語り合う、温かく気取らない仲間の集まりのこと。誰もが歓迎される、そんな空気をここ別府に持ってきました。

Every dish on our menu is cooked the way it's cooked back home in Dhaka — slow-simmered curries, hand-ground spice blends, and biryani made the kacchi way. We import our spices and cook everything fresh, every single day. 私たちの料理はすべて、故郷ダッカと同じ作り方で仕上げています。じっくり煮込んだカレー、手作業でひいたスパイス、本格的な「カッチャ式」ビリヤニ。スパイスは現地から取り寄せ、毎日すべて手作りしています。
